I attended a 6-day advanced coaching workshop in Chang Mai, Thailand, the land of Buddhist temples in Northern Thailand’s mountains. 

The workshop was attended by 60 coaches from all over the world.  

It was hosted by the preeminent Dr Dan Harrison, the creator of Harrison Assessment, the most accurate psychometric assessment tool used by companies from across the globe. As a career coach, one of the things that I really like about the Harrison Assessment is that it is a great tool for understanding traits, motivations and career interests, one that I haven’t found with other assessment tools.  

We delved into the use of advanced coaching tools and techniques and spent many hours honing our skills. I returned with some incredible insights into how powerful and effective the Harrison Assessment is for helping my clients resolve major career crisis or decisions.
